This ramen restaurant is definitely something else. It really leans into the Hell Valley theme – the ramen here packs a serious punch. You can choose your level of spiciness, so there’s something for everyone, but if you can handle the heat, you have to try the spicy ones – that’s the signature dish and where the flavour really shines. If spice isn’t your thing, they do offer a regular miso ramen too, but honestly, the spicy ones are worth the risk. The flavour is rich and deep, and the whole experience is memorable. The only downside was the ventilation – it was really warm inside when we visited, and it made eating hot ramen a bit of a sweaty mission. But even with that, I’d still say don’t miss out. It’s a great spot if you're into bold flavours and a bit of a challenge.

To be or not to be? To wait for or not to wait for 45 mins? I like their vibe, the kitchen is very clean, their operation is very smooth, clear and punctual and English friendly. I ordered the 1 chili spicy ramen. When it was served, I thought it looked like a laksa and looks to be salty. Turns out everything was so balanced, their miso ramen and dumplings also, very balanced. I would say that as being in a tourist attraction area, they can serve 80% of the worldwide tourists. If I can choose the stiffness of the noodle, it would definitely be a plus to the shop. Fair price Good food Good taste Good service Just don't wait till you're too hungry to go for that lineup. This may not be the best food in the world, but it's definitely a profitable business.

We wanted to try out the famous curry-miso ramen, which ranges in spiciness from 2 to 10 on a 10-scale. We picked the Enma Ramen of level 2... And, wow it was hot! I think this place specialices in hotness as indicated by their picture on the wall with an oni eating ramen. The level 2 ramen had several whole chilis, so I don't know, who would dare eat anything hotter! Overall, it was pretty decent with a full and hot broth. Also, the nudles resembled the curly cup-noodles, but were much better. The gyoza were also good. I would have liked the broth to be a bit more umami. Also, the interior could be more cozy, and the air conditioning left much to be desired in terms of coolness, so the place gets four stars.

We were staying at daichi takimotokan and walking the little town. We had to eat something to hold us over for the buffet, so we decided to eat here cus they were open. They have a pretty big front entrance and the counter seating is in the back.

We had the spicy miso ramen and the miso ramen. The spicy miso was mine and it was soooo goood. Then after we finished everything, I had a taste of my aunt's miso ramen and I was mind blown. I was sad that I didn't get to have my own bowl of THAT . the miso flavor was strong an umami. Nothing like any miso ramen I've ever had.

It's been about 14 days and I still think about that . I went to sapporo after and tried a miso ramen, but it didn't hit the spot like this one did. 100% recommend. Please tell me how I can get ramen like this...
