I found this restaurant in the Michelin guide, where it appeared as a newcomer to try. We were lucky to get a booking at short notice (find their instagram account as it has the link to the English booking page). The restaurant is intimate, seats 9 people and as most Japanese places a relaxed but sober atmosphere. There were 20 courses, which gave us a great opportunity to try things we have never had for better or worse.
