What a find and what a wonderful kind owner! We were absolutely desperate for some western-style food so had spotted this tiny pizzeria around the corner from where we were staying. When we got there, it was busy and the owner was just finishing up but he so kindly let us order take out. Whilst we were waiting we met and chatted to the most lovely japanese family sharing a holiday evening meal. It was such a special happy time. So generous of the owner and the lovely family who bought us a drink. We are so grateful for the kindness and hospitality and highly rate the place, the people and the pizzas!. We have just returned to our ryokan and devoured the most delicious pizzas - capricosa and funghi - with fabulous thin and crispy base, woodfired and top notch ingredients. I highly reccommend this wonderful local neighbourhood place to experience the best of japanese kindness and hospitality and very tasty italian-style pizza.
