Bar Savoy Osaka — Restaurant in Osaka

This was an excellent find. Currently it does not have many reviews, but do not let this dissuade you.

My date and I came here and had some of the best cocktails I can remember. The bartenders technique is perfect and there is clear pride in the selection of spirits. I am a whiskey drinker, for instance, and saw enough of a variety to impress me immediately.

I would mention two things- like most bars I have seen, smoking is permitted here, which as a New Yorker I was not used to. Secondly it is an extremely small bar, with maybe eight or nine seats. This is worth knowing but didn't cost the place any...

Do you know when you are looking for a bar to have a drink before going to your "life"? This should be the place, but then they tell you, "we are close". When it is open with people inside. If they just want locals or known people, I don't know. But I will never go back or advise. Let them be with what they want in such a big city. Thank you for the inhospitality...

Incredible find. Best place to have a drink with locals that will share Osaka’s secret treasures. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and only high quality drinks are served. The music is nice and the knowledge behind the bar is unique. Definitely a place worth going to every time...
