Tried it out once at a whim. It's a Korean chain fried chicken store. There's a KFC right across on the other side of the shopping arcade, so you are going to have to be specific about your fried chicken preferences and such. The prices are comparable, maybe just a tad bit more expensive.

The menu is probably a lot bigger than KFC with the chicken burgers, fried chicken, salads, and drinks. The wait time for my food was a little long compared to other fast food restaurants. The system is self order with a touch panel, so there's zero interaction with a cashier, but one is credit card only and the other is cash or credit, to so the wait to order can be pretty if the person or people ahead of you are slow. I think there might be an online ordering option with their app?

Last I checked it looked liked UberEATS delivers, so you can have it delivered. The eat in space is on the 2nd floor, not wheelchair accessible. It's decent but not very large, and being in Tenma the feel isn't sparkling clean, but each table was set with alcohol spray...

Crispy and flavorful korean style chicken! They have different kinds of flavors of chicken to choose from, and different meals to choose from that caters to a small or big eater. Would super recommend they 990 yen pack as it includes one big yangnuem flavored chicken part, 3 pieces of crispy chicken strips, potato wedges, your sauce and drink of choice, plus a honey butter bun!

They have the touch-type machine to order and pay which is in Japanese so its best to have a friend who can read Japanese to go with you if you cant read Katakana. Or use the camera option on Google translate as I think that...

昨年オープンしたばかりの新しいお店✨1階に自販機のような注文タッチパネルがあり、精算まで。番号がアウトプットされ、出来上がったら番号表示と店員さんが呼んで下さいます。コロナ対策にもなる非接触型ですね。

2階はイートインコーナー、テーブルやカウンター席があります。
