Buffet Restaurant "NIGHT AND DAY" — Restaurant in Osaka

This was the worst buffer I have ever been to and the biggest rip off and scam ever especially with it being associated with such a nice 5 star hotel…🙁 I was so excited to go spend the remaining honeymoon we had on our last meal at the buffet downstairs and we already were confused on the pricing but was like whatever no big deal, but when we went to look at the food it all looked at least edible but not great compared to pics online, but then we tried it… I had one bite of a bunch of things and either spit it out or regretted eating it. Everything was cold or clearly was sitting out for a very long time. The roast beef… cold…. Chicken tasted raw and oh guess what cold. The deserts were bland and tasteless, the pizza cold and the cheese looked like it was melting from being out. The only good part about it was the ice cream which is kinda hard to mess up but I’m Surprised this place didn’t manage that. This place has almost 4 stars so maybe it was just a bad experience for us and I hope others don’t meet the same fate. I really wish I didn’t spend my last bit of money and ended my honeymoon with this gross...

Food was shockingly bad for the price. Much of the meat was tough or dry. Sauces tasted like they were made with oxo stock cubes. Various dishes were incredibly bland, while others were just poorly made and lacked appropriate presentation. The desserts were equally bland, creme brulee had poor consistency, the opera cake lacked flavour and was tough, while the ice cream seemed to be Lady Borden. To cap it off, when asking for lemon tea, the tea was served with a plastic sachet titled "lemon liquid." Utterly shocked and appalled at such low quality from Hankyu considering the price. I thought for charging so much money that this place would have a nice atmosphere and good food but I have had microwave dinners better than the food here. Everything was cold, tasted terrible and bland. The atmosphere was bad with all the lights on and bright. It feels like a retirement home or hospital cafeteria however that would be an insult to the retirement homes and hospitals. On the bright side the staff was very kind and the desserts...
