Chanced upon this cafe but greatly disappointed by the service and drinks. Ordered a “royal milk tea” and reminded not to be sweet ; drink came with loads of sugar as could even taste the sugar when drank with straw . Highlighted to staff and drink was brought back in same cup and straw but drink was probably halved from earlier sweetened tea and added with water !! No tea flavour and taste at all ! Coffee latte oso had no coffee flavour or taste of coffee at all !! Seriously surprised by such standard of...

We were looking to eat Vietnamese dinner but unfortunately we were disappointed.

Food: Pho was mild, the noodles over cooked, Bun Bo was too sweet, Banh mi was with cocktail sauce instead of fish sauce with only little meat. The lemon juice was basically sugar water with one slice of ice

Service: Although warmly welcomed, but after order service was inexistent, drinks came after food were almost finished

Ambience: From a hygienic point, not the standard in Japan, more...
