Domino's Pizza Higashikoraibashi — Restaurant in Osaka

What kind of customer service is this?? I called for ordering a small-sized sandwish and medium-sized pizza to a nearby hotel (which is about 600m away). When I called first the employee asked for my phone number but as I unfortunately didn't know it by heart I told him to wait a minute because I was about to look it up on my phone. Maybe this took too long for him and he told me to order later and just hung up. Right after I called them back, now another employee on the phone. After telling her my order (which should have been around 2000, maximum 3000yen), she told me that all in all it costs 6750yen. I asked her how come because the prices on their official menu are different whereas she only repeated my two orders without saying anything about the price. I immediately canceled the order. I liked this domino's a lot. Good pizza and they have pretty good pick up deals. Just make sure to hydrate before you eat it because I was thirsty for a long time...
