I liked the simplicity of the soup. It's perfect even for the summer because it was quite refreshing. The taste is not strong, so it gives that soothing feeling especially during cold days.
I tried both pork broth and shoyu ramen, so I can tell that both are nice and soothing. There's only one piece of meat/chashu in the shoyu ramen, so I though it 2 or 3 pieces would be nice.
The dumpling/sioimai here tastes so close to that of Horrai, so it bring you that nostalgic familiarity.
