Read more(Both eng & jp review) 国から旅行で来てくれた家族とここで食べました。レジの男の接客がゴミすぎて日本語すらわからないお母さんまで接客がゴミって言えました。こっちが頑張って日本語で注文して、明るく丁寧に喋っても対応がゴミでした。お客さんの目線に合わせようとせずに適当に会計しながらずっと上 (座ってるお客さん?他の店?) 見てて、本当に失礼だなと思いました。自分も接客業界で働いてるし気持ち少しわかるので、客が神とは言わないけど、接客業界なので接客ぐらいはしっかりしろよwww 外国人だからかと思ったら日本人客にも同じ対応でした。レストランで働く気なさそうな男でした。あんな対応でご飯まで不味くなってここで食べて本当に後悔しました。 Had really bad experience here. The food is okay but the tall male cashier's response was terrible. I came with my family and I ordered food for them as I'm the only one living in Japan and capable of speaking japanese, even my mom who can't speak japanese thought his response was really bad. I was speaking very politely and nicely in full japanese to him while he gave me half assed response or no response at all while not even once looking at me, he just kept staring straight in silence (probably looking at other stores or people sitting on tables behind me). I put my money on the money tray and passes the tray to him so it'd be easier for him to put in the coins but he just pushed the tray and my hand down, so I'm guessing I shouldn't touch the tray or probably should've just slammed the money or responded as rudely as he did. As I said the food itself is okay but his response really ruined our lunch experience here and I really regretted spending my money here. If you're interested in the food I highly recommend trying other branches but just not this one. Even speaking in full japanese didn't help, not sure what he'd do if you speak to him in foreign languages lol. I wasn't expecting 5-star or intense eye contact but totally wasn't expecting that. As someone who's also working in a restaurant here, nothing can justify his response so I'm questioning how did they hire him, moderate eye contact with your customer is necessary, no eye contact while you're looking at somewhere else the whole time you're in silence while I'm ordering just means you're disrespecting...
