Mos Burger - Osaka Station 2nd Building — Restaurant in Osaka

Given the previous reviews of this location, I came prepared for the worst. Turns out, it's just like any other Mos Burger in Osaka. Due to its location inside an office building and connected by underground tunnel to the JR station, there are floods of people here during peak hours. They have a large seating around that is a bit further away from the order counter.

The burger itself is up to Mos Burger standards. If it's your first time to this chain, I'd highly recommend their Yakiniku (grilled beef) rice burger. It comes out steaming hot and is an absolute blast to eat. Eat it slowly or you will definitely burn yourself! I also love their thick fries. Their menus have English captions for those that can't read any Japanese. (just ask for an eigo (English) menu) .

This was without a doubt the worst burger I've ever had in my entire life. I'm not from Japan, just visiting, but I can't believe this chain stays in business. The restaurant was in shambles, the staff was among the worst I ever encountered, but not as bad as Atlanta, the worst in the history of the planet. The burger tasted like a school lunch Patty from 1985, and by 1985 I mean not 1985 era but the Patty may have been from 1985. The bizarre collection of toppings and “ cheese “ was horrible ,and in order to cook this masterpiece it took almost 45 minutes. This place is an insult to burgers and humanity. Japanese local fast food similar to Mc Donald. This is store is located inside the Basement 2 of the building which is also directly connected to the underground passage leading to the Osaka JR train station. One of MOS burger speciality is the rice burger. This rice burger use 2 piece of rice mold in the shape of bun to sandwich the meat patty. This is rice burger is delicious.
