I would like to lodge a complaint today regarding my experience at your restaurant last night. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service that I and my companion received from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

I was served by 6 waitresses so it felt like there was no clear leadership or division of duties. A certain boredom and indifference seemed to prevail among the waitresses, despite the large number of customers. We raise our hands and try in vain to get the waitress's attention. But the waitress' eyes were always looking for something above her own eye level, and certainly above the customer's seat. When I tried to order again, I was told "please wait". It didn't come out after 30 minutes, so I consulted with the bartender, who also couldn't give me a satisfactory solution.

I get the impression that the owner of this store does not communicate clear values ​​for customer service and satisfaction. I was looking forward to a wonderful evening at your restaurant and I'm sorry I had to go through this experience.
