MYPLACE Cafe & Bar — Restaurant in Osaka

During our stay at Hilton Osaka on the 18th-21st. My father ordered an ice coffee at the lobby table from My Place Cafe. My mom sat down with us. My father and I left to the concierge to arrange our taxi bookings for Kyoto. The female server asked my mom what would she liked to order and mom said nothing just her husband. And the female server said everyone who sits at the table has to order minimal one item from the menu or else she couldn't sit at that table. This angered my parents and my father cancelled his ice coffee order. Ya'll seriously need to chill with that stupid rule, I guess that's the only way for your hotel cafe...

$21.55 for a bottle of water and a bad dessert. You can't sit in the cafe lounge area in the lobby without ordering something. Then, they didn't even have the dessert I thought I could stomach (cheese cake) so I tried this shitty piece pictured here. Every time I stepped into the cafe/restaurant/bar area they acted like they owned me. Their idea of service in this area of Japan is ordering you around. I'm a Hilton honors member and I'll bet I can just stay at other places In a member at like Marriott, Hyatt, or elsewhere next time. This hotel in general sucks. Super...
