First Bowl of Seven in My Osaka Trip

In Hong Kong, my favorite bowl is the Niboshi mixed noodles at Hung Yat in Prince Edward, so when I arrived in Osaka, I immediately looked for a similar one to try.
As soon as it was served, the aroma of Niboshi burst forth. The first bite offered a distinct and intense Niboshi flavor, but without a hint of bitterness. The medium-thick noodles were full of vitality.
The amount of chashu was astonishing, so there's really no need to order a chashu rice bowl.
It's not too far from Shinsaibashi, but after taking the subway, you still have to walk for quite a while. I recommend using LUUP...
