Very interesting experience! The environment is pleasant with lots of windows and sufficient sunlight. We were making our wedding rings in the workshop.The staff was very helpful and professional. She helped us checked all the details and tried her best to accommodate all our needs. We had a fun and enjoyable time making our rings. We're also very lucky that, there was not other customers in our timeslot. We had a bespoke and private experience ❤️ The only down side is the whole workshop is conducted in Japanese (and not tax-free), that may not be very foreigner-friendly. But very recommended to those who can understand basic Japanese. As the staff will also use gestures and examples to explain. The staff also help us to polish the rings, so that even if we make mistakes, they could help fix it....
