Absolutely amazing. It doesn't look like much, but looks can be deceiving!
We walked in late one night, a few salarymen seated by the entryway moved over to let us pass. We sat at the counter, and the chef handed us a small piece of paper that simply said "chef recommend?" In English.
Me and my friend said "hai".
We were then given a catered course of sashimi pieces accompanied with ginger to cleanse the pallet.
Super unique and incredible sushi pieces, super fast, created by a master of his craft. Unique pieces I've never had before.
The chef would describe each piece and which part of the fish it was from.
I don't remember exactly what we paid, but it wasn't an exorbitant amount, especially considering the quality and the presentation.
