Absolutely amazing. It doesn't look like much, but looks can be deceiving!

We walked in late one night, a few salarymen seated by the entryway moved over to let us pass. We sat at the counter, and the chef handed us a small piece of paper that simply said "chef recommend?" In English.

Me and my friend said "hai".

We were then given a catered course of sashimi pieces accompanied with ginger to cleanse the pallet.

Super unique and incredible sushi pieces, super fast, created by a master of his craft. Unique pieces I've never had before.

The chef would describe each piece and which part of the fish it was from.

I don't remember exactly what we paid, but it wasn't an exorbitant amount, especially considering the quality and the presentation.

We have been amazed about the quality and fantastic taste and variety of sushi that the owner served us. It is a tiny place with only seven seats but the dining experience is simply amazing and fully recommendable. Exactly what I was looking for. There is no english menu and I speak next to no Japanese but the chef was super friendly and welcoming. I simply said "can you make me whatever you recommend for dinner" via Google translate and was presented with amazing sashimi as well as a few other dishes that I enjoyed alongside delicious Japanese sake. Atmosphere great as well! Only about 6 seats but if you are here solo or with one or two others...
