This was my first visit. This Nepalese/Indian restaurant is located 3 minutes walk east from Osaka Tenmangu Station, along National Route 1. Inside the restaurant, there are about 8 tables for 2 people and about 8 counter seats. Since it was my first visit, I decided to eat naan and curry, so I ordered the Royal Set, which includes naan, one type of curry, royal chicken tikka, salad, and even chai. It was served in about 5 minutes. The naan was hot and so big. It was slightly sweet and chewy, and delicious even if you eat it by itself. The curry was butter chicken, sweet and moderately spicy. I'll come again if I want to eat delicious naan.

The friendly staff there suggested that we try the happy set, which offered a variety of dishes along with a complimentary drink. The nam and cheese nam were absolutely AMAZING! We enjoyed the cheese nam so much that we ordered an extra serving, along with a seafood soup curry. The service was GOOD, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.

結構美味しいカレー屋さん

インド・ネパール系カレーショップの中でも結構スパイスの使い方や量が違うのかお店によって味が変わるようですが（特に物価の上がっている最近は）こちらは結構美味しいカレーでした。 私はライスカレー派なので、大抵ナンではなく皿盛りカレーを頂きます。 カレーは日替わりですが定番のチキンカレー。 濃厚なとろみのある奥行きの深いカレーで美味しかったです。 そして、ライスもこちらは結構良いお米ですね。 炊き上がりも普通の食感でベタつかず日本のカレーライスと言う米の炊き具合でした。

ただ、こちらのお店は辛さを調整できないようで、代わりに小瓶に入った辛みソースが提供されました。 こちらで自由に辛さを決めれるようです。 早速ルーにかけ回してみると、真っ赤な辛みソースがなんだか事件現場のように点々と振りかかります。 しかし、元のルーがすごく濃厚ですので辛みソースの味がどんどん吸い込まれていってしまいます。 結果的に半分くらい使ってLEEの10倍くらいの辛さに仕上げました。
