If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot around Umeda Station, look no further than The City Bakery Chayamachi. This cozy bakery opens early at 8 AM, making it the perfect place to start your day before exploring Osaka—or heading out on a trip to Kobe or Kyoto.

They offer several breakfast plates, but you can also choose from a huge selection of pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods. It’s a popular spot, so we recommend securing a seat first before ordering.

We tried the Focaccia Hot Sandwich (Ham & Cheese) and the Croissant Hot Sandwich (Spinach & Bacon)—both were excellent! The spinach sandwich especially stood out with its flavorful garlic kick. We also had a Croque Monsieur, which would’ve been even better warm, and a Honey Butter Raisin pastry with an amazing caramelized sweetness.

For drinks, we went with a classic iced coffee and a Blueberry & Ginger soda, which added a refreshing twist to our morning!

A little on the busy side, but The City Bakery is definitely worth the visit for a delicious, energetic start to...

Atmosphere is good, nice jazz music as background and setting are nice as well regardless the noise while train pass by. However, scramble eggs ( pretty greasy) serve together on top of the toast just is not a good idea, it just simply take away the character of those two ingredients, re-consider. Drink is pretty ok,...

みんな大好きキャロットケーキ。 みんな大好きシティベーカリー。

注文したもの キャロットケーキ(637えん) クランベリーソーダ ※フード注文でドリンク100えんオフ
