Fast simple Ramen with English menu & pictures available. This little place has a number of single booths which you sit and have your food and drinks served through the small window infront of you. If your eating alone then you can have your privacy while you eat or if your with a friend then you can open up the dividing wall. If your after some fast good tasting Ramen with a number of options as to how you like it then this might be the place. You put money into a machine at the front and the select what you want from the menu. Once you've paid you will get tickets to then use once you get a booth. But before you get there you will get an ordering sheet to select the heat you want, the firmness of the noodles, garlic amount and more options. Once you get a seat, you then hand over your tickets from the vending machine out the front and also that ordering sheet you filled in to a pair of hands because you can't see anything else through the window. They will the role down the blind and prepare your meal. Once it's ready the bilnd will come up and some hands will slide through your Ramen etc. This place will surely be an interesting place to visit for non locals and locals alike. Some waiting time as they only have 28 booths but meals are quick and people are in and out reasonably quickly.

It was our final meal on this trip to Japan. We were recommend this place and it didn't disappoint. The Ramen was flavoursome, noodles cooked to the way you ask on the order form. The broth was creamy and delicious. You line up and wait for a booth. You place your order and pay at the small kiosk at the entrance. You can pay by various methods, we choose cash. You then wait for your booth to become free. Once seated you make your selections of what you want and how it is to be cooked. You leave your order slips and from behind the curtain your server takes them away. A short wait and your meal and drinks arrive. The atmosphere was vibrant and you can find the privacy panels back to talk too your dinner partner. Was a great meal to the our trip You

Over the years I always heard people praising Ichiran. When I finally got the chance to taste it, I even found myself speechless to describe how amazing it is, to someone like me who haven’t been appreciating tonkotsu ramen for a long time.

Unlike the usual tonkotsu ramen which could get more and more greasy while eating, it tasted like magic from beginning till end - the delicate yet deep soup base, great texture of thin noodles plus the secret red sauce “秘伝のタレ“...every ingredient “coordinated” perfectly in this one bowl.

You definitely should add spring onion, sliced black fungus and half-boiled egg. If you like spicy food, please go for higher level...
