Great to relax and enjoy a good beer or whisky. My favourite point about this place is Henry the second. The cutest and friendly bulldog. Good selection of craft beers on tap and whisky. The owner can speak English. Typically frequented by locals mainly Japanese but foreigners hang out here too. If you are the owner of a dog that is friendly and has no problems with other dogs you can go together.

Total cost of one and a half pints of Guiness: 2600 yen, which is way above average in Osaka. This bar is in Tsuruhashi, which isn't an expensive area yet it has hotel prices.

One thing that stood out was that I couldn't see a menu of drinks displayed. We just had to go by what the owner says, and to him we were young touristy types who didn't know any better. Getting ripped off really killed the mood for me.

For reference, Google and other sites say that a pint is 900 yen and a half pint is 600 yen for his...

Such a fun British style pub. The owners are so sweet and they do speak English.

The decor is fun, lots of hidden gems and vintage items. My favorite thing was the 1960s jukebox.

Their mascot Henry III is a bulldog with a lot of personality, adorable.

This pub serves the world's FIRST lager, created in Czechoslovakia. They also serve Guinness and other draft beers, as well as have a good scotch selection.
