Tsukemen Suzume Yuhigaoka — Restaurant in Osaka

(English below) アメリカ村店にはよく通っていたが、先日行った時海外の方で満席だった。最近はこういう状況が続いているとのこで、初の夕陽丘店へ。

近隣にコインパーキングがあるので、そちらに停めて駐車証明書を持って行くと、トッピングの煮卵、ネギ、メンマ、海苔の中からどれか一品無料で追加してくれます。

久々の為、ノーマルのつけ麺をオーダー。麺は300gまでは無料です。

アメリカ村店と同じ合言葉で煮卵を追加。

10分ほどで着丼。

久々に食べたが、麺が少し細くなった印象。スープももっと濃厚だったが、少し水っぽい？感じがした。

記憶違いか、店舗が違うので少し仕様が違うのかは不明だが、好きだった雀のつけ麺とは違う気がする。

またアメリカ村店で食べ直したいところ。

あと気になったのは店員さんのお喋り。 喋るなとは思わないし、店のルールはわからないが、目の前のカウンター内で3人ほどのスタッフがずっと喋っているのはちょっと気になった。

雀は好きだが、こちらの店舗はリピはしないかな。

駐車場に停めた人へのサービスがあるのはありがたいが、最近行ったお店の中ではトータルすると残念な体験だった。

The bowl of noodles arrived in about 10 minutes.

It has been a while since I had it, but the noodles seemed a little thinner.The soup used to be thicker, but it seemed a little watery.It seemed a little watery.

I am not sure if my memory is wrong or if the specifications are a little different since the store is different, but I think it is different from the Tsukemen of Jak I used to like.

I would like to try it again at the Amerikamura branch.

The other thing that bothered me was the waiter's chatter. I don't think they should not talk, and I don't know the rules of the restaurant, but it bothered me that there were about three staff members talking all the time in the counter in front of me.

I like Sparrow, but I don't think I will repeat my visit to this store.

2回目の訪問です

大阪市天王寺区「つけ麺 雀 夕陽丘店」さん

本日は地下鉄「四天王寺前夕陽ヶ丘駅」から徒歩5分の谷町筋沿いにある「つけ麺　雀　夕陽丘店」さんにお伺いさせていただきました。

非常に広いシックな店内にカウンター9席とテーブル24席の合計33席あります。

入って左側の食券機で期間限定の「塩つけ麺」（930円税込み）を購入。 麺は200㌘と300㌘が選ぶことができるので300㌘をお願いしました。

7〜8分で着丼

アッツアツのつけ汁は塩出汁色のスープの表面にキレイな濃い目の脂がたっぷり浮いています。 具材は「小ぶりの豚バラチャーシュー」2枚「メンマ」「水菜」等、塩ラーメンの定番の組合せで期待が膨らみます。

まずは出汁をひと口・・ 最初は塩味がサッと口の中に広がってきて、脂感がやや遅れてやってきます。 これはなかなか美味しい塩出汁ですね。

中太でコシが強くモチモチ系の麺とも相性が良く、思ったよりスッと喉の中に流れていきます。 量感的にも300㌘は私にはちょうど良かったです。

最後は「割りスープ」で柚子感を感じながら、さっぱり目のスープに味変させていただくことができました。

若干の脂の残り感が強く、食後も少し口の周りの脂っぽさが抜けず、最後まで飲み干せるスープとはなりませんでしたが、全体的な仕上がりは良く美味しかったです。
