I'm a big fan of udon, but the noodles were just over cooked, the tantanmen was too sweet, no balance whatsoever. The side dishes were really rubbish, no flavour, the katsu over salmon was smelly and cooked in old oil, the tataki beef was sliced too thick and very chewy....
