Wacchoy is hands down one of the best yakitori spots I’ve ever been to! Their grilled chicken specialties—like necks, hearts, cartilage, and livers—are cooked to absolute perfection. Each skewer is packed with smoky, juicy flavor, and the texture is just right (especially the cartilage, which has that perfect crunch!).

But the real standout? Their fruit sours (chuhai)! They use frozen real fruits as ice, which not only keeps your drink chilled but also infuses it with natural sweetness as it melts. It’s such a refreshing and unique twist—I tried the orange and grapefruit, and both were incredible.
