The green tea ice cream with red bean was not good at all. The green tea ice cream was ice and didn't taste like anything. You'd probably have better luck with another matcha swirl somewhere else. The wafer was flavorless and it didn't add to the dish. If the ice cream was good, the wafer bun didn't need to shine, but since it wasn't it exaggerated the blandness of the dessert. The red bean filling was the best part of the ice cream sandwich. Unfortunately as well , after one bite the ice cream just spilled out of the wafer buns and you would have to eat the rest with a spoon. If the wafer bun had more substance and could hold the ice cream, this wouldn't be an issue.

The taiyaki premium custard bun was uninteresting. The taiyaki itself was only a shell and had no softer batter inside. The custard was too sweet for how little shell there was. It was forgettable taiyaki.

The Taiyaki here is delicious!

They are generous with fillings and the exterior is grilled very well. It is good balance of softness whilst having a crispy external layer.

What is most amazing is the filling. They took care to ensure that even the tail of the Taiyaki is filled with fillings.
