Yakiniku Ushigatari — Restaurant in Osaka

It’s so easy to rate this restaurant so well. First, they are incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We did not have a reservation (it’s a smaller space so I recommend one, especially for larger groups) and the staff worked out a space for us. The entire staff was very sweet and helpful in choosing our meal. An absolute highlight.

I am so happy that we randomly found this spot and ate here. the best meals I had in Japan. The meat was so tender. Melted in my mouth. It’s a modern spot infused with traditional Japanese selections. The staff took extra care, giving us pointers for choices of accoutrements and cooking techniques. I didn’t get any photos of the kalbi because I couldn’t protect it from myself. It was so delicious.

Also! This establishment highlights sustainability and sources their products from a dedicated farm.

Highly recommend, for meat lovers! Tourist friendly, great atmosphere! My favourite highlight dine in 🇯🇵 this whole trip. Staff are so accommodating, very professional, beautiful mouth watering flavoured meat combos. Was served well with flavoured sauces. Great drinks served there too. Even better, we didn’t have to book like every where else. We order 4 servings of meat, (we cooked ourselves). A side dish & 2 drinks each for the both of us. We were a good full, NZ tourists, you will love the quality of meat, for cheaper price then what we pay for in NZ. A must eat place...

I found this little restaurant while walking around the area as I am staying at APA Hotel Umeda. The meat was very tender and it melted in my mouth ! I love every single bite of everything that I have ordered that I did my little dance of happiness! The chef is very friendly and he showed me how to enjoy the meat with the sauce! Lovely and intimate atmosphere and I would recommend this place 100% ! Would love to come here again with my partner before I go back from Osaka and when I come visit...
