This review is relating to Immersive Museum experience at this venue. I wasn't quite sure what to expect for Immersive Museum as I was probably the first groups of people went to see it. It was mind blowing! The Impressionism works have been transformed into 3D format. This wasn't merely converting the artworks into 3D. They have analysed the artwork and re-constrcuted in a way to help the viewers not only feel you are immersing in the scenes of the paintings but also able to see how the artworks were created, even the strokes of paint were broken down and transformed into 3D sense, was so genius and unexpected. Make sure you take time to fully immerse yourself in the film at the 360 degree projecting theatre and appreciate the works by the creators of this exhibition. There were couple artworks in display in the exiting hall, make sure you also spend time with these paintings, there will be surprises for you to experience. I won't upload any videos for this exhibition as I don't want to spoil the fun for people who haven't seen it. Only reason for 4 star is that the whole thing is...
Read moreRating for the immersive museum experience- •Pricing: on the expensive side, ¥2900 for adults, a bit cheaper for middle scholars and kids under 12 yrs old •Exhibition: interesting, very vibrant, considering the length of the art video not worth ¥2900 •Souvenirs: not that attracting, also a bit expensive, there was a ¥500 AI art portrait drawn by "Van Gogh" (Does not look worth it cause the quality isn't that good, considered not expensive comparing with other souvenirs) •Overall: would recommend if you have time and money to spend, good for all ages (Maybe not elderlies, cause you might need to stand for a while if you...
It is a beautiful building located along the river, a short walk (about 10 minutes) south of Fukushima Station on the JR Loop Line. I visited this time for the Disney Animation Immersive Experience, and since it was a weekday, I did not have to wait long and was able to enjoy the show comfortably. On the second floor, there are restrooms and, this time, a drawing area. Please note that if you do not go upstairs first, you will not be able to return later. On the first floor, there is a main screen with images projected on all four sides, which is very powerful along with the sound. Although it may be difficult due to the system, it would be even more powerful if the images could be projected on the ceiling as well. On weekends and holidays, when there are events, you may have to wait a long time, so I recommend going...
