2023.1月13日(金)17:30来店 突然の待ちぼうけを食らう事がわかり時間を潰すのに…… そうだ❗スタバのギフト貰ってたんだこれで頂こう🎶 でもね・・・ スタバはほんと利用しないのよ だから注文の仕方がよく分からない(￣▽￣;) すると私が開いていたスマホ画面を目にしたスタッフさんが 「ギフトご利用ですね😊」 注文すると、 「700円までまだ使えるので折角なのでトッピングはいかがですか？😊」 と言って下さりオススメのトッピングをしてくれました 以前にも他店舗で１回ギフトを使用した事あるけど、その時もビビりながら注文……飲みたいのは安かったから勿体ないなぁと思いつつもまぁ仕方ないか……と。 その時はトッピングのオススメとかそんなのひと言も一切無かった 私自身何をどう言えば聞けばいいかわからなかった^^; こんなにもスタッフさんに差があるのかぁ⋯🤔 とにかく、ココさいたま新都心コクーン店の黒髪ショートの女性の接客は笑顔、間のとり方全てにパーフェクトでした✨ 長年接客業をしてきた私が厳しい目で採点したので間違いありません笑 ドリンクもケーキも大変美味しく頂きました😋 スタッフさんの素敵な接客で美味しさ倍増です🎶 またこの店舗を利用したくなりました。

駅出口からすぐそばにあるために利用しやすい立地ではあるんですが、いつ行っても混み合っており、みたところ充電コンセントはない…？ 店員さんの接客などは安定のスタバクオリティで、不満なところは一つもないですが、逆にいうと特筆するところもない、まさにスターバックス、という感じです。 店内はオフィスエリアの店舗と違い、席間を広く取っており、ベビーカー利用のお客さんもちらほら見えました。 ベビーカーで入りやすい＋ショッピングモール隣接＋駅出口そばという立地が、赤子連れの女性には安心して利用できる一つの条件なのでしょう。 自然とママさんユーザーが多いため、PCを開いて作業するのには、ちょっと雰囲気が辛いかもしれません。

On August 18, around 17:30, I went to the 1st store of Koku-n Shop in Shintoshin, Saitama. I was impressed by the waitress who was relatively tall and had no chin, wearing black clothes. She had a sad face and a really bad attitude. She couldn't communicate in English and was cold and impatient! This was the worst service I had ever encountered in any Starbucks I had been to in Japan! Isn't the service attitude in Japan supposed to be like this? ! Too...
