We found this place after leaving Sapporo city to go towards lake toya. There is a covered parking space behind and its 2 hours free parking if you dine in the restaurant (remember to take a ticket from the restaurant before returning to the car for scanning). There was a language barrier but we could adequately ordered our meals when we change the tablet language to english. Food was served very fast and our kids absolutely love the pancakes meal which has a tube of chocolate sauce for you to draw as you wish on the pancake. The food was generally ok for the price and ambience (high chair and ample seating available). Food is served by robot server which appeal to little kids. In general a good place to dine in with family if you are not fussy. 5/5 stars for the food. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and tastes pretty good. We ordered a Cheese filled hamburg, grilled meat, a small pizza, side of chips, and a dessert. The cheese filled hamburg was juicy and soft, while rhe cheese inside was nice and stringy. Chips were crunchy and not too oily. Pizza was very appetising, however a bit oily, but thats to be expected. Desert was the perfect amount of sweetness and not too heavy after finishing lunch.

4/5 stars for the atmosphere, quite literally. The restaurant allows smoking in one section. They have an air curtain seperating the smoking and non-smoking sections. The first time I went here the atmosphere was great I ate lunch and dinner here. The third time I try to go in for breakfast, it wasn’t good, service wise, I was refused entry, the fat kid that worked there called their fellow coworkers to deny me entry, it was 40 minutes past opening.
