I’m not sure if this is the most authentic or traditional miso ramen, but it’s definitely THE BEST RAMEN I tried during my trip to Sapporo! To me, it’s even better than the other very famous ramen place just around the corner🀭 The food is absolutely delicious, especially the broth, which is rich and flavorful. It's no wonder the restaurant emphasizes that their broth is made from a blend of three carefully selected types of miso. While the place is quite small and almost no AC, I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Sapporo. The restaurant also has a menu and vending machine for ordering in different languages, making it very tourist-friendly. Highly recommended!💯💯💯

Glad that I had one of the best ramens in Sapporo here!
