I’m not sure if this is the most authentic or traditional miso ramen, but it’s definitely THE BEST RAMEN I tried during my trip to Sapporo! To me, it’s even better than the other very famous ramen place just around the corner🤭

The food is absolutely delicious, especially the broth, which is rich and flavorful. It's no wonder the restaurant emphasizes that their broth is made from a blend of three carefully selected types of miso.

While the place is quite small and almost no AC, I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Sapporo. The restaurant also has a menu and vending machine for ordering in different languages, making it very tourist-friendly. Highly...

Really good ramen! The soup is rich and flavourful, and if you follow the instructions posted, you can try different flavour combinations. A fun experience for ramen lovers. This place was recommended by a local in Sapporo. Personally I am not a massive ramen fan, simply too much carbs with heavy flavoured soup. After a night of bar hopping and since this was highly recommended I had to give it a try. Definitely a great recommendation! Best ramen I have ever had! I will be back in Sapporo next May and will be making a stop at this place for used!
