Gelato flavors are delicious & unique. Our favs - roasted tea gelato & pistachio. But the staff speaks to the customers in a very condescending tone. 3 of us - we ordered a 3-scoop cone. My friends was about to get 2 more plastic spoons. The guy stopped serving the next 3 people in line just to scold my friend for trying to get 2 more spoons. It's extremely unnecessary & rude/condescending. His job would have been easier if he just continued serving the next customer in line. Also, my friend was spoken to like she was a 4-year-old kid. I don't think that is acceptable. My friend's husband, on the other hand, grabbed a seat for us. He is more into coffee than gelato. We were just walking over to the bar area where he's at. The same guy paused serving the other customers just to yell at us (in front of all other customers) that we can't share 1 ice cream. Again, that was totally unnecessary because it shouldn't matter if each person wants to order a drink or food. He didn't even wait for his coworker to offer us a menu for other drinks/food before telling us off right in front of everyone! - and by now there's 5-6 people in line waiting to get ice-cream. Why not take care of the orders first? So then I just said to him, "it's no big deal. I'll get another cone". And now the other customers had to wait even longer over something totally unnecessary + you're also giving the impression of a hostile atmosphere. There are better ways to handle the situation if you are concerned about customers overstaying here. Hand them a menu to get your profits up, or just wait 5 minutes before quietly telling us that we each need to order 1 item. Also, it is not every gelato cafe's rules requiring 1 gelato per customer. Have the rules written at the entrance. Don't have to yell all sorts of unwritten rules in front of everyone. Yes, the gelatos here taste good, but so is a pint of Talenti gelato or Häagen-Dazs ice-cream from the supermarket. The reason why people go out for gelato instead of spending way less on a pint of gelato from the supermarket is also because we like the experience of going out. We aren't expecting any exceptional service or anything over the top, but just the basic courtesy of being welcomed & spoken to politely + good, reasonable pricing is all we hoped for. Why would anyone want to spend more to eat out if they're being...

ATMOSPHERE: Set up similar to a traditional bar as they do serve alcohol, the gelato case greets you as you enter the door. If you plan on eating in, there’s a long bar counter and low top seating.
DESSERT: Milk Chocolate Gelato This wasn’t chocolate-flavored but rather chocolate chip gelato; vanilla gelato with small chunks of milk chocolate. Not overly sweet, smooth and creamy.
SERVICE: The gal at the counter was having trouble understanding English so she fetched a male worker who I believe was the owner; friendly and welcoming service.
OVERALL: Refreshing treat on a humid & warm August...
Read moreI rarely give 5 stars, but based on flavor alone, this gelato truly deserves it. Honestly, it’s the best gelato I’ve ever had—even better than the one I tried a few years ago in Florence, Italy.
I ordered one scoop of kiwi and one scoop of watermelon, and both were bursting with flavor, capturing the essence of the fruit perfectly. The kiwi was fresh, sweet, and felt like having several whole kiwis compressed into a single spoonful. The watermelon was just as impressive, especially with how well they recreated that refreshing, cooling sensation unique to watermelon. I found myself amazed...
