Sushizanmai — Restaurant in Sapporo

I would like to give it a try since some Japanese review have positive rating on their taste. As a restaurant located in almost center of commercial area of Sapporo, where a lot of tourists nearby, nobody in this restaurant could understands English. It could be alright since I can speak a little Japanese. But obviously as a tourist, they did not try to show my how the order system works. So I was only able to order a set from the menu which is not cheap either (cheapest set is 1280 yen). I asked a waiter to take my order. After that I waited for 30 minutes, which even I was hesitated whether they are slow or my order was not taken, so I decided to leave. Just before I leave, I heard a waitress talked to one of the chef inside about some customer at another table has waited for 30 minutes, so I guess I was not alone. we choose the Sushi Zanmai Susukino Branch restaurant for eating sushi and Sake during sapporo trip a few years ago!

the reason why we choose the Sushi Zanmai Susukino restaurant is that.

the restaurant can speak English and there is English menu! also, the staff members are very custom friendly!

they were so kind that we want to take pictures withh them and they agreed that!

it was very delightful and warm experience!

the last reason is that the line for dinner was the most long compared with nearby restaurants! (isn't it impacted reason!)

we couldn't forget tastes of special sushi and seafood miso soup to this day!

at that time, the whether was rainy. so, whenever the whether is rainy, we remain Sushi Zanmai Susukino's sushi...

They are a famous Sushi Chain Restaurant in Japan. Their headquarter is in Tokyo, Tsukiji Market. Compared to it, they were okay. Considering it is in Susukino and oepn 24 hours, it is a nice place to go for a late night sushi bite. Make sure to order Set Menu, their price goes up pretty fast if you order one by one... I tried their Hokkaido Set. But to ve fair, there are tons of good Sushi Shops in Sapporo and Hokkaido so... juat come here for a late...
