Yakiniku and Seafood Jango — Restaurant in Sapporo

Jango é il ristorante di barbecue in cui ciascuno puó cucinare il proprio cibo intrattenendo conversazioni piacevoli e rilassate. Il locale é in stile rock and roll (come anche il proprietario), informale, sorridente e simpatico. Il menú é completo: si parte dai tagli ricercati di carne bovina fino alle interiora, all'agnello, al pesce freschissimo del vicino mercato, alle verdure. Il cibo é davvero ottimo, unico consiglio che mi sento di dare é incidere la schiena dei gamberi ed estrarre l'intestino (facilita anche il rimuoverne il guscio). L'atmosfera come dicevo é rilassata e c'é buona musica internazionale. Il proprietario parla un po' di inglese ed i camerieri pazientemente fanno di tutto per farsi capire e per capire anche chi non parla giapponese. Il servizio per quanto informale é comunque molto efficiente: premuto un pulsante sul tavolo in pochi istanti si ottiene assistenza.
