Blair House — Restaurant in Sendai

この店の良い点は味だ。 ブレア.マリーナにも行ったことがあるが、そこも特にパスタが美味しい。 ただ、この仙台店のシステムは最悪だ。 モバイルオーダーなのだ。おそらく世界中で皆が嫌いだと思う。 何か特別のオーダー(アレルギーあり等の場合) ウェイトレスを呼ばなければならない。　今回もベーコン抜きのパスタをお願いしたが、その他のものはモバイルでオーダーしなければならなかった。 メニューを見て、次はシステムの中からそれを探さなければならない。ばかげている！ ウェイトレスがオーダーをとれば済む話だ。 デザートも頼みたかったが、薦めにもこないし、モバイルオーダーだけでは内容がよくわからなかった。そのためにウェイトレスを呼ぶのも面倒だったので、違う場所へ移動した。 数人のウェイトレスが立っていたが、彼女らは、ただ食事を運ぶだけの仕事なのだろうか？ このシステムがある仙台店のオーナーは、2時間滞在した客がオーダーに四苦八苦しているのを見るのが楽しいのだろうか？ 残念だが、仙台店には二度と行かない。 レストランは味も大切だが　サービスが悪ければ　もう行く気がしない。

Let me start with the good news: I love the food at the restaurant and I’ve also been to Blair marina and loved that. Now the bad news: The problem is not the food. The problem is the service system. To be clear: almost everyone on earth hates ‘order on your mobile phone’ restaurants. This is universal. What makes it especially painful at this restaurant is that you have a printed menu that you are given but once you find what you want you have to look through the entire electronic menu’ to find it again! It’s ridiculous. Also, we had questions and a special request (please remove the bacon from something) so we needed to call over the waitress who wrote down on a piece of paper the special request and then we had to order using the mobile phone. Presumably she gave the special request to the chef in the kitchen on the paper. It is insane! Just have the waitress take the order! We really wanted dessert but we could find no way to order it and it was not explained to us so we left and went across the street to another restaurant for dessert and coffee.

I defy the owner of this restaurant to spend 2 hours in there and watch the struggle the guests go through.

Thankfully Blair marina has yet to incorporate this stupid electronic menu so we will go there and not come back to this...

It's a cute restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food wasn't exceptional. I ordered the pizza set which included soup, salad, a drink and octopus veggies pizza of the day.

The pizza could've been better. The crust was too thin, over charred on one side and not very flavourful, but it was edible.

The lunch menu of the day had at least one vegetarian option (pasta). The prices are very reasonable and the staff...

仙台三越近くの小田急ビルから移転されたのですね？ たまたま近くで飲食店を探していて利用しました。 お昼ピーク過ぎに利用、店内落ち着いていました。 入口に本日のメニューはありましたが、着席してテーブル上に基本的なベースメニューの一覧あり（Aセットは￥◯◯◯…）本日のメニュー内容が書かれた黒板を店員さんが置いていくが、まあ見にくいところに… 店員さんに直前注文かモバイルオーダーもできるようです。

パスタやオムライス、ピッツァなど。 パスタは麺の種類が選べるのも変わっておらず好きなポイントです。 ランチだし単品よりもお得なようなので（多分）セットにしましたが、サラダやスープ、ドリンクなど先に提供されつつメイン料理到着まで20分以上はかかりました。 ランチど真ん中はもっとかかったのか…？でも以前利用した時もかかってたような…記憶曖昧です お肉入りのトマトソースパスタは味にコクがありおいしかった、お魚入りクリームパスタは魚の風味が強すぎて食べにくい印象でした（ごめんなさい好みかも）

店員さん皆さんあたりも良く料理もしっかり量もあり良かったのですが、 最後だけ、 店員さん同士でおそらく業務内容の話をしていた目の前を荷物も持ちながら家族で通ってレジに行ったもののなかなか店員さんが来ない。 話しているお二人の視界にがっつり入る位置かと… 暫く私達も声も出さず（来るだろうと）待っていたが、バッシングで通りかかった店員さんが気付きレジ依頼の声がけされてやっとお話に夢中の店員さん達がハッとして対応してきました。 5分とは言わないけど近いくらい待った体感…（声出せって感じですよねすみません、信じて待ってしまった） レジ対応した方は店出たあとまで声がけしつつ対応してきましたが、 終わり良くなかったのでちょっと残念、 でも機械あればまた利用したいかなという...
