Dining at OTTO SETTE Tomamu was an unforgettable culinary experience!
Every dish showcased the finest flavors of Hokkaido’s ingredients. From the boiled fish soup to the venison main course, the sea urchin panna cotta, and the exquisite dessert, each course was a masterpiece.
The quality of the cuisine here is absolutely on par with the best fine dining restaurants in Tokyo, whether in Ginza, Roppongi, or Azabudai.
I would also like to give special thanks to Ms. Mana. Her detailed and elegant explanations of each dish, coupled with her attentive and thoughtful attitude. Her professionalism was comparable with great service in Tokyo’s most renowned restaurants.

The chef uses top notch ingredients and then elevates them further through excellent cooking techniques. The view is superb as well with an amazing view of the nightly fireworks over the Ice Village. Service tried very hard but could be smoother, still good though. Highly recommend this restaurant as you are getting a Michelin star experience for only $100 per person and I guarantee you that they will be getting at least one star in the near future then the prices...
