Really great dinner. We had soba and some tempura dishes, with sake recommended by the owner. Sake was really light and refreshing, and the second recommendation had more spicy undertones and was also very good and well chilled. We got to pick our own glasses to fit with our mood, and I found that really enjoyable and a nice touch.
The soba was firm and tasty, I really enjoyed my daikon oroshi with shrimp soba, I found it interesting and delicious. I also ordered kabocha tempura and another fried crab dish which were also delicious. Overall highly recommended!
Be ready to converse in Japanese, but the owner does try his best to help...

2025.08.09 何年ぶりか分からないくらい、久しぶりの再訪問でした。 通っていた当時は学生だったであろう、会社の部下達から『ヒフミがお気に入りです』と聞いて思い立ち、予約して行ってみました。 店内の造りはうろ覚えですが、なんか広くなった気がする…気のせいなのかな？
お通しの胡麻豆腐が本当に美味しくて、お料理の期待が膨らみます。 天空トマトと水茄子塩こぶ和え・明太子と大葉の玉子焼き・いぶりがっこクリームチーズ・天ぷら(ハモ・ししとう・ポテトサラダ・ガルシアチーズ)・おつまみセロリ・粗挽きソーセージ、〆に二八蕎麦のつけとろと、冷かけすだち蕎麦をいただきました。
お酒も種類が豊富。 連れが痛風持ちなので遠慮して、この日は日本酒は飲みませんでしたが次回は日本酒も飲みたい。
とにかくお料理が美味しくて、量もお酒を飲むにはちょうどよいボリュームで素晴らしかったです。
混雑していると噂で聞いてから足が遠のいていましたが、これからまたちょくちょく行きたいなと思わせてくれるお料理でした。
店長さんだけでなく、スタッフの女性の方もよく気配りして下さり、心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
