Rosetta食堂（ロゼッタ） — Restaurant in Shizuoka

Wonderful breakfast place serviced by the most lovely and warm woman. The basic set for 450 yen included rice, miso soup and pickle. Miso soup was hearty and filled with vegetables and tofu, though the miso flavour could have been a touch stronger. I also added on the croquette (200 yen) and fatty salmon (600 yen). Both were delightful. The salmon was fatty, perfectly cooked with a crisp skin and heavily salted, pairing incredibly well with the rice (but may be too salty for some). The potato croquette was creamy and satisfying. If I had found this on my first day in Shizuoka, I would have eaten breakfast...

No coffee and oddly expensive but otherwise fine. A small bowl of rice with miso soup and a small pork cutlet was 1200.

This is not a standard Japanese morning set place. It’s closer to what you might be offered for breakfast at a Japanese Ryokan

Unfortunately, because it’s open early and near the nightlife district it seems to attract a lot of drunk party kids. The owner had to shush the other customers several times. Strange...

朝7時からお昼過ぎまで営業されている 朝ご飯のお店。

お味噌汁がなくなると 飲み屋さんになるそう。

綱引きのロープが手すりになっている 階段を上がり、1番奥のお店。 営業されている時は看板が下に置いてあります。

私は朝7時過ぎに伺いました。 実は5回目の正直！笑 1回目は満員で入れず 2回目は臨時休業 3回目は貸切 4回目は朝まで呑んでた組みたいな感じの方がワイワイしていたので、怖くて入れず 5回目の今日は　先客一人！ やっと入れましたー。 人気店ですね。

優しそうなママさんが、 お一人で営業されていました。

中に入るとボックス席１つと カウンター6席位だったかな。 大きいテレビが、１つあります。

カウンターの上の棚にはボトルキープの便達が。 朝まで呑んでて呑み足りない方や 朝から呑みたい人なんかは 7時から営業されているので 良いかもですね。

基本メニューは レギュラーセット400円 （ごはん、ぬか漬け、みそ汁） ・サービスセット 500円 （ごはん、ぬか漬け、味噌汁、納豆、のり） ・おかか飯セット550円 (ご飯、ぬか漬け、味噌汁、たっぷりおかか)

おかずもお魚、たまご系、カレーなど沢山ありました。

シャケが分厚くてびっくり！ その辺では買えない厚みです。 しっかりしたお魚屋さんで購入されてるのでしょう。食べ応えありました。 ソーセージエッグのソーセージも普通のソーセージではなくお洒落な感じ。 ハムカツも美味しかった。 お味噌もとても具沢山！

朝早くからこのお値段で、色々な種類があり、美味しい朝食をいただけるのは、有り難いです。

お水はセルフ、卓上にあり。 コップがお花で可愛い。

お客様が次々にいらしていたので ママさんと、あまりお話しはできませんでしたが、とても感じの良い方でした。
