This is the worst Kaiseki experience I ve ever had. The food is so bad. The container of the food and presentation is not bad but the ingredient itself is not fresh at all. The sashimi tastes fishy and bitter for every single kind. The pre-handle is so bad that for tuna and lobster, it’s hard to bite. They have to use the heaviest soy sauce I’ve ever had to cover it. For other hot dishes. The kinki fish tastes like it be been kept for a long time. The beef dish is so oily.
