Hydune — Restaurant in Toyako

I got the beef, cheddar and bacon burger with an extra patty. I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life. Too many to count. I can safely say without reservation that today, Hydune served me the best burger I have ever had by far. It was absolutely incredible.

The beef was super tender and cooked to perfection with just the right percentage of fat content. It melted in my mouth and was seasoned just right with black pepper standing out just slightly as an aftertaste that quickly blended in with the beefs flavour. The cheese was just the right maturity to compliment the bacon and beef combination, the salad in the burger was crisp and sweet and the fried onions were just the right softness, seasoned with a nice spice blend. We ended up in Hydune twice in one day. It was a rainy day so we dropped in for a few beers and some onion rings. We came back for lunch and had the burgers. The burgers are delicious. The bread buns are made fresh on premises every day and I think it is the same with the burger patties. All the food was delicious and it all seemed to be made fresh.

If we are ever in Lake Toya again we will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend a visit if you are there.

The burger was unbelievably delicious. Everything is handmade, right before your eyes. I'd rather choose this place over any big franchises like KFC, Burger King etc. Staff was friendly, felt like they're enjoying the job. The interior aesthetic is eye catching. As for downsides, it's kinda hard to spot on, because their exterior is kinda plain compared to the souvenir shop right next to it. I think not many people can enter at the same time, but definitely worth a go if you're on your own or with a small group of 2...
