This is the best noodles I've had in Japan so far. I saw a dish called cheese fried avocado on the window and I was intrigued. I went inside and I didn't see it on the menu, so I went outside to show the chef the picture of what I saw. Unfortunately he said it was sold out, so then I said well I guess I'll take the fried chicken. But then he said don't worry, I have an English menu. So then I went inside and there was another photo, a menu, with some things I had never seen before.
The chef recommended me the dish on the top right, and I told my trusted him. What he brought out, was the most delicious noodle I have had in japan. It was so good, that I was not even hungry, and I ate the whole thing. This was at 10:00 p.m., they close at 5:00 a.m., and if I could rally and wake myself up, I would go again the morning.

La maison propose ce qu'elle appelle des Gyozas mais qui sont en réalité très différents du célèbre Gyoza japonais. C'est une sorte de petit pain frit comme on trouve partout à Taïwan. C'est vraiment très bon. Côté bière, pas de pression mais bière Sapporo en bouteille. Le lieu est un peu petit mais service très sympathique et ce qui est rare avec un très bon anglais....
Read more这次日本之旅因为有了这一顿而非常开心🥹 听说这家店是因为柯南里的一集,路过的时候主打的几个面看起来非常有吸引力。进来了之后,老板问我哪里人,后面就直接中文交流了,感人,回家了。我们一行三人,点了青鬼,黑鬼,生鸡蛋拌面。当吃下第一口的时候,我和朋友同时仰天长叹“太好吃了!!!” 青鬼微辣,作为湖北人,觉得辣度刚刚好,可以吃一碗不停的那种,芝麻菜给出恰好的清爽,夹着Q弹的乌冬面和香喷喷的臊子(没错感觉和炸酱面那种差不多)入口,说不夸张眼泪都要流下来了。黑鬼的辣度是吃几口需要停一下的那种,吃一口满口的海苔香味,咸甜辣和微脆丰富的口感在口中交织,怎么不能说是味觉交响乐呢? 生鸡蛋是清爽偏甜一点点的,特别合适典型上海口味。 啊,煎饺🥟也很好吃,完美符合我对煎饺想象,多汁,鲜美,配合焦香的底。但其实这次体验还和老板聊的特别好,老板对音乐的品味一流,后面有机会要去老板开的音乐酒吧看看👀...
