Extremely unfriendly to solo diners!

I don’t understand why they refused to seat me alone, saying I had to wait—while groups of 2-3 could walk in immediately. I even told them I’d order more dishes to compensate! To make it worse, Tablelog showed available reservations just 10 minutes later.

I think they are so considerate for giving foreigners an ipad to make orders. Makes it so much easier and won’t be feel burdened to converse in Japanese if your Japanese is not good enough. The food is also priced very reasonably. You also get to sit at your own table with sufficient privacy so you won’t feel like you’re constantly being watched by locals to follow all necessary japanese dining etiquette. P.s.
