This is a local handmade noodle shop offer three types of noodle

As this is a local restaurant, the way of ordering may be a bit difficult for tourists

Here’s the Step of ordering:

1. buying ticket form the machine near the entrance - choose the amount of noodles and your preferred ingredients

Amount of noodles: 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4玉 Ingredients: (1) tempura 天ぷら (2) egg* たまに (3)both (4)None for egg, you can choose raw or soft boiled

2. give the ticket to the staff and tell them which type of noodle you would like to have three types : (A) Udon (B) Soba (C)Kishimen きしめん- Thick Udon that is famous in Nagoya •the minimum amount of choosing each type of noodles is 0.5玉， you can order mixture of noodles •E.g. you have order 1玉, you can choose 0.5 Udon +0.5 Soba

I love places like this, totally local with cheap prices.

It is almost always crowded but the line moves fast, you better be prepared for ordering because the line moves really quick lol.

They have this system where you order the quantity by "balls" of noodles, 1.5 balls is what I got and it was plenty, you can choose several toppings from the vending machine as well, it's all in japanese so if you're not sure what to order, check their menu online and translate it.

The soup was a bit salty and delicious, tempura was crispy even when put in the soup, you have to ask for extra egg it adds so much flavor, I love it.

Prices are really low and you can get filled for less than 1000¥, totally...

Tasty, cheap and fast meal. Plenty of parking space. Easily spotted as it has the cute signboard of kids eating noodle :) Order through a vending machine. Japanese only, so get your phone ready for translation but be considerate not to hold the line while you google for translation.
