Atmosphere and staff were extremely welcoming. Definitely America-core at its best. Lots of tasty looking options but there was one that really stood out and it was the 100% Hida Beef Burger. This was really advertised with its own flyer with cool artwork and taunted me by saying “only 10 made a day”. This was also one of their more expensive burgers and didn’t come with fries, which I had to order separately making this burger, fry, and drink about 20+ USD. Better be good. My disappointment when I get what looks like a very well constructed burger, but with virtually no flavor profile. A Plain Jane burger that apparently has 100% Hida beef, and tastes 100% NO DIFFERENT than any old forgetful burger. Save your money and order something else. My wife ordered the classic “grilled cheese” and they should rename this to the “grilled onion”. The menu we received didn’t mention any onions, but somehow the menu the waitress used did say onion when she came by to ask why my wife hadn’t taken a single bite. I ended up eating the grilled cheese; the onions were grilled but not thoroughly caramelized, so still had crunch in them. There was 3 times as much onion than cheese, way too much onion. The entire meal cost 4,800¥ or approximately $35 USD making it one of the more expensive diner style meals I’ve had and unfortunately the most disappointing.
