We visited on October 1st, the very first day of the soft opening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the team highly motivated, and the owner personally welcomed us – a wonderful touch.
Since it was the very first day, naturally some things still needed fine-tuning. We even received a matcha espresso, prepared like a real espresso on the house – unique and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was already busy, and the food was excellent with many creative dishes and a colorful menu full of local specialties. Ordering was simple and convenient via QR code at the table.
At the end, we had a nice chat with the owner and shared a few observations and feedback on small details that might be improved. He was very appreciative and clearly eager to take such feedback into account for the future.
