Not a good place to dine in the evenings.
We went as a party of three and we were seated immediately, which was nice. After we were seated however, it seemed like the waiters were ignoring us, and we had to literally compete with the other customers for attention. Although I specifically called them, they just responded with a firm "wait" and proceeded to ignore us 10 more minutes. Every time we were served, the waiter seemed passive-aggresive towards us.
The food servings were super weird also. My friend ordered a salad, and it was mainly just salad leaf, there were a couple of tomatoes and a couple pieces of avocado and that's it! The whole salad! There was a sauce too, if that makes a difference. I ordered a mushroom risotto, and it was served on a flat plate. There were no mushrooms at sight, maybe they were blended in but I couldn't tell by looking at it. My other friend ordered a pasta carbonara and it was the only normal looking dish but she told us it wasn't tasty.
Finally taking care of the check we wanted to pay seperately with credit cards. The waitress took forever booking in just two single items per person. At this point we all just wanted to leave.

二人で初めて利用しましたが、心からがっかりしました。
まず、600円の梅酒ロックは冗談かと思うほど少なく、文字通り一口でなくなりました。 ステーキも、この価格帯のお店で120gで1500円は高いけど、料理人が美味しく、見た目も美しく作ろうと頑張ってくれたので、少し気が晴れました。
しかし、最大の問題は店のルールと店員の態度です。私たちは二人で3500円の肉3種盛り合わせとドリンクを頼もうとしました。すると店員に「お一人様、フード一品とドリンク一杯の注文が必須です」と断られました。 結局、別の料理を二品(合計4000円)とドリンクを二杯注文させられました。
さらに驚いたのは、客であるこちらを「お客様」ではなく「あなた」と呼んだことです。接客としてありえません。
挙句の果てに、会計時には大したサービスもないのに330円の席料まで取られました。まるで高級店気取りの料金設定で、呆れてしまいます。 顧客のことを全く考えていないルールと最低な接客態度。味や値段以前の問題で、こんなに不快な思いをした店は初めてです。二度と来ることはありません。

[Dont come!] Overpriced, rude staff, and a surprise ¥330 seating charge. Never again.
First time visiting with friend, and it was a genuinely terrible experience. At first, 500 yen plum wine was so small it felt like a joke—literally gone in one sip.
The steak was seem expensive: 1500 yen for just 120g at this type of casual restaurant, the taste was quite nice so it may acceptable. But the biggest problem was the restaurant's rules and the staff's attitude. We tried to order a 3500 yen 3-meat platter to share between the two of us, plus drinks. The staff refused, said it was mandatory for each person to order one food item and one drink. What shocked me even more was that they addressed us with a blunt "anata" (you) instead of the proper and respectful "okyakusama" (customer). That is completely unacceptable in customer service in japan. In the end, we were forced to order two separate dishes (totaling 3500 yen) and two drinks. To top it all off, they even charged us a 330 yen per person seating fee at checkout, despite the terrible service. I'm appalled by their pricing; it's like they're pretending to be a high-class restaurant. With ridiculous rules and the worst customer service, they clearly don't care about their customers. This is an issue that goes beyond the food or the price. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant. Carefull read it...

The pasta was undercooked
One of the waitresses came off as passive aggressive. Since this is Harajuku and if you don’t live in Japan I would suggest choosing a different place after all if your trip is short you want better customer service.
The lunch menu isn’t as expansive as the main menu so I recommend checking it out.
The seats aren’t comfortable at all. This definitely more of come party/drink a lot type of place. I waisted my lunch break...
