Horrible and unacceptable customer service. In one occasion I attempted to return a shirt, because I found something nice at another beams store. The shirt got a bit wrinckled because I had it my backpack all day. As soon as I showed the shirt to the employees, they made faces/comments about the wrinckles and they even smelled the collar of the shirt, I believe they were trying to figure out if I used it. I thought it was ridiculous. I have never experienced this at a clothing store, specially with this price range. I showed the employees the return policy on the back of my receipt to understand the details and told them that there is no mention about wrinckles(because it's just ridiculous), but they didn't listen. I got terribly disappointed at the staff. At the end they didn't accept my return and I left the store incredibly frustrated and almost scammed. Avoid this store unless you are completely sure about what you are buying, it might be better to check other stores with Japanese brands such as...

My wife and I had a 5-star shopping experience with Shen-san (沈) today. She took the initiative to approach my wife to offer help. Seeing that we were not proficient with the Japanese language, she promptly asked if we preferred speaking in Chinese or English. That simple gesture made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Besides being helpful and patient, we were engaged through friendly banter. Upon seeing that there was some tax redemption issue, she stepped up to help resolve the situation with the cashier.

Shen-san is a store super star and a model for all salespersons. Beams is very lucky to have such a staff member.

I really enjoy visiting the Beams Boy store. The items there are numerous and very cute. There was a male staff member who received me very kindly and was very patient. He not only recommended clothes for me but also helped me with the outfit selection, helping me choose more items that suited me. It was a very pleasant experience. It truly wasn't a waste of my special trip here. I hope all the male staff members are happy every day. And I also want to thank him for helping me retrieve the things I lost...
