First visit was today and I enjoyed my meal. It was quick and tasty. The number of people, mostly locals, know what they wanted before walking in and sitting down to have a meal. I had the aburi salmon or fish. I think it was salmon belly which was tender and most to every bite. In fact it was very good and I wasn’t terribly hungry. The egg is a nice aesthetic but I don’t know what it adds from a texture or taste perspective. Anyway from my seat I’m the only one who ordered this dish but I’m excited to try others. I...
