Unfortunately my experience was not so good. Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews here, I was really looking forward to the appointment. The more popular masseurs were booked out, so I chose Akihito Morii. During the massage, he constantly every other second sniffed his nose loudly (often next to my head). When he walked out a couple of times, I was sure he'd go and blow his nose but it seemed to be different distractions as he was still sniffling just the same a few seconds later. Morii-san also complained multiple times how stiff my shoulders were (as I had explained one of the reasons why I booked the appointment). Sometimes the complaint seemed jokingly, but honestly he seemed overwhelmed. I'm a thin woman, so I was surprised some stiff shoulders of my proportion were too much for him to handle. It didn't get much better when I requested to use oil, and he kept switching to other parts (eg my feet), which didn't have any connected effect either. The overall atmosphere in the place was also not very calming, lots of noises from the cabins close-by, customers leaving and talking loudly etc.

A+ Very Impressed. Feel a lot better. I just finished a massage & acupuncture session at ENNE. It was truely fantastic. I ran a marathon 10 days ago & am still a bit stiff/tight so was keen to find somewhere in Tokyo to help. The man who massaged me is a long distance runner & really understood my issues. He didn’t speak too much english but that was solved by using my translation app. Sadly I only had an hour available so did not stay as long as I would prefer. A clear indication of how good the place is was that while waiting for a taxi at the front, two people arrived to the entrance, both looked very very fit & quite likely runners. World Athletics Champs is on this weekend - so I’d imagine these guys will be busy! Probably the best sports massage I have gotten ever! Not just in Japan, but including my home country of Australia too! I had Yugo Anada, and he was such a professional, friendly, and technically experienced massage therapist. I require a much harder pressure than normal and he was able to deliver hard pressure perfectly! The entire experience was so easy and calming from start to finish. I will return again and also highly recommend this place...
