TLDR: a really tasty Korean restaurant with great crispy fried chicken and a enjoyable BBQ buffet. Pro: 1. Open late, good environment (Korean cafe feeling. Recommended by Korean governor) 2. Fried chicken (original) is so tasty. Crispy but relatively thin skin, along with the juicy meat. 3. The BBQ buffet is a good value if you have 2+ friends together. The pork quality is good, and the pan is not that sticky . Cons: 1. BBQ buffet only limited for 60 minutes, so I felt being a bit pushed; The egg and cheese in BBQ pan is not that flavorful. 2. Soup is normal

Find this place hidden from the Sunday lunch crowd in Shimokitazawa. The lunch menu is pretty good with a number of options. The dishes come with some side dishes that are well made also. The place was empty enough that we did not have to wait, but at the same time had enough people to make you feel welcomed. I did not have the meat dishes that seemed to have bad reviews, but if you are searching for a place not crowded in Shimokitazawa with good food this Korean restaurant fits the bill.

A gem in the Shimokitazawa district! Korean food lover myself and I was surprised how great it tastes for a Korean restaurant in Japan! I love the variety of fried chicken — just like in Korea — and Army stew soup(bulddaejigae) is the best I’ve ever had in a long time! So rich that I can’t stop thinking about it. I went to another Korean restaurant and I was disappointed 😔 couldn’t compare to this one!

Passing this place with a gurgling stomach on a rainy day with no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we decided to chance here for their 180gm wagyu steak set for 2500 yen - came out on a sizzling plate with 2 little round extra hot stones - to 'cook' it to suit - a piece at a time.

Pros - would be fun / social with a date or friends

Cons - even tho they replaced the hotter stones they still lost heat before I could satisfactorily brown all the slices - and I missed the 'lean' in the description - so it tasted like regular Australian steak but at $175/kg - not an...
