Came down here after a day of thrifting in Shimokitazawa. Shipping does make you hungry and we came right before 5pm so we had a most of the restaurant to ourselves. There’s so much choice here so it took a while for us to decide and we ended up with the Tonkotsu broth ramen. Read moreI had plan to go somewhere else for dinner, but couldn't because the kitchen was closed (an hour before closing time?). Either way, I was walking and stumbled on this place. They were so courteous and attended to me quickly. Even with my near non-existing Japanese, they were open and helpful. Granted, the ordering process pretty self explanatory, they still took the time to explain it to me and helped out when the vending machine wouldn't take my money (it rejects new money). Really chill and casual vibe. They also have an English menu, if you're particular about full description. Glad I ended up here!

When in Tokyo, I ignored completely the reviews cause we all know that those hyped places thanks to social media use to dissapoint. That’s why I took a different approach and visit this casual ramen place and my surprise was that It was THE BEST RAMEN i’ve ever had in my life (it was the garlic butter in case you were wondering).
