Excellent food with horrible service & management! I made a reservation A MONTH AGO. Was looking forward to this meal. When I reached the restaurant today, I was approached by a waiter named Nosaki. Everything gone downhill afterwards. I told him we have made a reservation. He touched his pad and PRETENDED checking. I know he pretended cos he didn't ask my name nor verify any of my reservation details. He brought us to a table with no views & without a "reservation" sigh. I saw the next table with window view has a "reservation" sign and was empty at that moment. I asked him if we could sit there. He kept pointing to the table with no views and wanted us to sit there. He didn't give any explanation at all. Then why I need to make the reservation? Is that how your restaurant trained your staff? Is that how your restaurant "welcome" your customer? It's very common to use translator nowadays. If you have language barriers, try to find out a solution. How would you feel if you have been treated in such an irrespective way? Positives: The food is incredibly delicious, with fresh and flavorful sushi. They even offer toys for kids – perfect when visiting with my daughter (we went during Halloween!). The restaurant provides a beautiful city view, adding to the dining experience. Service is excellent, and the staff speaks English well.

Areas for Improvement: Some seats are exposed to strong sunlight, making it a bit too warm. The restaurant is a bit tricky to find and slightly hard to access. There’s no dedicated kids’ menu, so I had to customize sushi to suit my daughter’s taste.

良い点： 料理がとても美味しく、寿司は新鮮で絶品。 子ども向けにおもちゃも用意されていて、娘も楽しめました（訪問時はちょうどハロウィンの季節）。 レストランからの景色が美しく、食事がより特別なものに。 サービスが素晴らしく、スタッフは英語も上手に話せます。

改善点： 席によっては日差しが強く、少し暑いことがありました。 レストランが少し分かりにくく、アクセスも若干不便です。 子供向けのメニューがないため、自分で娘用に寿司をアレンジしました。

The head chef was extremely polite and helping to our group as none of us have had an upscale sushi dining experience nor spoke any Japanese.
